SHIPPING POLICY
1. Shipping Zones
We currently ship to the United States and Europe (including France, Belgium, Switzerland, and Luxembourg).
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a notification email once your order has been shipped.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Please note that these are estimate based on our current carrier performance:
- Europe: 7 to 12 business days.
- United States: 8 to 15 business days.
Delivery times may vary slightly due to customs processing or high demand periods.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email. You can use this number on our "Track Order" page to follow your package's journey.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- For US Customers: sales tax may be applied at checkout where applicable.
- For European Customers: In accordance with EU regulations, VAT may be collected at the point of sale or upon import.
- General: Zerion is not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
6. Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. We cannot modify the address once the order is in "In Process."
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Zerion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Zerion will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
8. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these terms if the delay or failure is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.
9. Maximum Delivery Time
If your order has not arrived within 45 days of purchase, please contact us for a full refund or a free reshipment.
